This is a universe where the events of the MCU happen but the power levels and cosmology are the same as the Earth-616 comics.
Changes:
The Ego Stone and Continuity Stone are present.
The Guardians of the Galaxy obtained the 8 Infinity Stones after Thanos was defeated and became the Guardians of the Universe.
The negative bodily effects of the Infinity Stones are less severe and can be overcome by certain individuals when separated. Together, only beings that are at least Low Universal (Long System) in durability can withstand the negative effects for long periods of time and they must be at least High Universal (Long System) to withstand it without being impaired.
The Revised X-Men Cinematic Universe (including Deadpool) is also present in this universe.
Ego Stone Powers:
The Ego Stone grants the wielder all the powers of the 6 main Infinity Stones to a higher degree along with every psychic power to an infinite degree. Only the Phoenix and someone possessing the Phoenix Force are immune to its power. It also grants the user the power of Nemesis but to a weaker degree. The wielder also has night-omniscience by tapping into the consciousness of Nemesis trapped within. When this stone is combined with the other Infinity Stones, Nemesis is revived. The Ego Stone’s full power can only be used by a psychic who has a form of telepathy that can be used to communicate with Nemesis in some way. If such a psychic (for instance Mantis) uses their power to contact Nemesis, Nemesis will lend them the full power of the Ego Stone. The person must have these powers without the use of the stone as the psychic powers of the stone are locked off from non-psychics.
Continuity Stone Powers:
This stone gives the wielder power over the Marvel Continuity, its plot, and the power to speak to the writers and break the 4th wall. It also gives the power of space-time lordship, meta-awareness and knowledge, and plot manipulation. It is more powerful in the hands of a 4th wall breaker like Deadpool but still gives lesser degrees of all these powers to those with lesser 4th wall abilities and limited amounts of power to those without 4th wall abilities. Normally, the wielder can only have power over one continuity at a time, but a 4th wall breaker with a connection to the real world such as Gwenpool can have power over multiple continuities at once.
Guardians of the Universe:
After Thanos was defeated, the Guardians of the Galaxy managed to take the Infinity Gauntlet. Together, they could not wield the Infinity Stones but they managed to once they separated them. The six stones were split across the five original members (albeit the alternate version of Gamora) with Starlord having 2. However, once the Ego Stone and the Continuity Stone were discovered, they were equally split between the 8 members.
Star-Lord - Used to have both the Space Stone and Time Stone but now has the Reality Stone.
Gamora - Has the Soul Stone.
Drax - Has the Power Stone.
Rocket - Used to have the Reality Stone but now has the Space Stone.
Groot - Used to have the Mind Stone but now has the Continuity Stone.
Yondu - Has the Time Stone.
Nebula - Has the Mind Stone.
Mantis - Has the Ego Stone.
