I was looking at Walker's profile and it should have certain improvements. This should be quite simple to present since it is explicitly shown in the game, and that is that Walker is capable of breaking necks during his executions as seen here: (0:29)
It is not only shown once, but this type of execution can be seen up to three times, which would consistently count towards a Class 1 classification. It should also be upgraded to Street Level as it is capable of killing and making soldiers bleed with just a couple of punches, can break necks, and withstands violent falls, plus one of its best durability feats involves two helicopter accidents, so it should have at least a low bone-breaking threshold (375 Joules)
