Mark Hoffman Vs Hannibal Lecter

(I was at school when I thought of this battle)

Rules:
The version of Lecter used will be the one from the TV series
Both will start at a distance of 10 meters
The Mark key used will be ''Normally''
Equalized Speed
Both will have prior knowledge of each other

I think they have equal feats in terms of strength, such as snapping people’s neck, so I don’t see an advantage there. Hoffman is much more stealthier, so he could probably try to sneak attack Hannibal, but Hannibal is obviously more intelligent, so his standard tactics probably won’t be as useful.

Also do they have their standard equipment? Because if so, then Hoffman would probably just either shoot Hannibal or attempt to sedate him with a syringe by sneak attacking him.
 
Hoffman could probably just sneak up on Hannibal with his superior stealth, sedate him, or just outright shoot him when he sees him. I’ll vote Hoffman.
