Just a friendly reminder that webs are not a wincon, but something that gives only gives one advantage to spider-man:

"incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day"
Spider-Man's webbing lasts for 2 hours so it's not a win con for his webs. (assuming spider-man just walks away or something after Mario is incap'ed)

Yeah, Spider-Man is 8-C and Mario is High 8-C, but Spider-Man has a lot of extra stuff, like webbing, higher LS, and agility. Essentially, High 8-C haxless vs 8-C with "hax"

I don’t think deathlok should scale to spider man cuz the agents of shield characters haven’t interacted with the main mcu characters
