I'm voting for Sonic here.

Sonic has no resistance to Transmutation, Fire Manipulation and Explosion Manipulation.

But Sonic does have Fire Manipulation and Explosion Manipulation as well and has Statistics Amplification (Power Rings are shown to greatly enhance his strength and speed), to go past Speed Equalized and avoid Mario's long range attacks.
