My vote goes to Inkling. Mario can't get pass missiles, sound manipulation, ranged attacks, etc.

Mario can just use his fire mani to stop most of Inklings attacks in place and even make Inkling have issues with the new hazards in the stage (ink is inflammable, after all).

'Destroying the world' is almost always a vague term, and often refers to destroying it over time. The most his weapon was stated to actually do is destroy a city so that's what we'd go by, which honestly im pretty happy with given the fact that this is...y'know...Splattoon of all things lol
