Marcy is 9-A and Mettaton starts as Mettaton EX. Speed equalized. Both are in character but determined to win. They start 20 meters apart. Battle takes place in Newtopia. SBA for anything else.

IDK what season of Marcy this is but she probably is more experience with Mettaton who mainly performs plus his EX form wasn't even fully tested so we don't know if Mettaton is proficient in his EX form. It seems like the combat capabilities as added recently in Undertale so that means not much fighting experience before Frisk fights them
