Marcy Wu VS Hank J. Wimbleton

Both 9-A. Base Hank used. Marcy gets all of her equipment. Speed equalized. Wincon is death.

Marcy scales to 0.102 tons

Hank is far superior to a very casual 0.05 tons. roughly a 2x different not counting the upscaling hank goes through.

Hank has about 3-4 resurrections before he actually stays dead for good, and has instinctive reaction which makes all her ranged options completely useless.
 
Does marcy in character do range stuff more

if so I think it might be too late until she realizes that nothing range based works
 
Voting Hank. The dude is proficient in fighting people stronger than him (tricky, mags) and usually can still keep up.

All Marcy’s ranged options are useless, due to his tac bar and he likely holds a skill advantage, making CQC a bad idea for Marcy.
