Is Marcy's adhesive from her Adhesive Potion enough to restrain Garnet?

If not, what stops Garnet just dodging the high-power explosives or such & attacking?

Can Garnet know if Marcy's explosives will one-shot her, assuming Marcy makes them strong enough? If Garnet doesn't know, would Garnet do something like punch the bottles? & if so, are Marcy's explosive potions capable of exploding with enough power from such impacts?
 
Marcy's vines ain't restraining shit with Garnets Class 50 .
 
I have a feeling that we should pause the matchup for some times since there will be proposal which makes all Amphibia characters have Class 50 LS, Marcy included. (Joe Sparrow's profile is an example and they have feats which is above Peak Human, such as Sasha's feats)

I'm not sure there's been a lot of match-ups where LS really matters

Yeah, peak human's a real problem. Although, I worry about the feat fully scaling, since it seems more like someone pulling on a horse, and it stopping in response.
