Guys I have something to say and if it comes as rude it's not my intention I swear. In LN Volume 11 we only get this "An area encompassing many worlds that extend outside of them. Each world exists in a layered hierarchy, and the deeper the world, the stronger it's order, and more powerful its innahbinats" I don't think that's all we get from the 400+ pages dedicated to the Silver Sea. Where are the 99+ layers for instance? Until JNovel gets to Volume 11 years will pass

If it's going to have such adaptations it's because it's popular enough so yes.
Obviously not, just make sure you have halfway decent translations.
