I mean, this seems like it can't be ended reasonably. They both have 9-C Attack Potency, but they're not evenly matched in basically any other category.

• Lifting Strength ​

  Class 5 vs Unknown, Manny has 0.5 to 1.53 tons of LS so he should easily be able to overpower Deep.

• Durability | Stamina​

  The Peak has the superior durability, with a x1660 (Or x166) advantage over Manny. He has a durability of 0.498 Megajoules while Manny has far lesser durability. No hit will even phase him at all. Manny's greater stamina will help, but he will get tired faster anyway: Deep isn't really going to be harmed while any hit from him will actually somewhat damage Manny (I don't know if his AP scales to his durability)

• Attack Potency | Abilities​

  This one is straightforward: Manny has an AP of 3,000 J while Deep is baseline (300J). Both don't have any remarkable abilities, but The Deep has acrobatics so might help decently.

Conclusion​

Neither can really significantly harm the other. If Manny's AP scales to his durability that means that his durability is 10 times higher than Kevin's AP, but he ain't getting past those 0.5 Megajoules of durability. The only win con for Manny here is maybe get his gills? I don't think he should even be able to fully capitalize on this due to the enormous Durability — AP difference. Deep should be able to stand back, tank Manny's attacks, and in a slugfest he should be capable of eventually coming out on top.
