If someone can manipulate energy, souls, or anything, but he can manipulate it at his willpower, would this count as Subjective Reality?

still no, subjective reality is an ability that you manifest what is illusion into real thing, what only exists in your mind into reality, make it real, not simply manipulate or create things with willpower

A little confused: if you make an illusion become real/physical, wouldn’t that still count as illusion creation? For example, A can create illusionary copies of himself, and they are shown to be physical.

Illusion Creation is that you simply creates illusion, its nature is that of an illusion that is not real, even if it can interact with the surrounding
Subjective Reality is you switch what only exist in your mind, illusion into something real, exists
