Sexual Desire/Lust mostly come from mind so it could be Empathic Manipulation, or even Mind Manipulation if it is potent enough to forcefully evoke sex desire and lust from target, if it is just a hax that kind of place a suggesting voice or something similar then it just empathic
But if it is through indirectly way by increasing hormones then it is Bio Manip

Manipulation sexual desires is empathic manip most of the time, yes, but can also be performed through fragrance or poison manipulation if its made through more mundane means.
