Manipulating/Destroying Time/Space = Tier 2-C? - Requirements

I'm pretty new here, so forgive me if my questions might be a bit banal. Anyway, I was planning to create an OC for one of my stories, final boss material. But I'm unsure what his exact Tier Level might be. This are the stats and powers I'm planning to give him:

Race: Divine Spirit

Stats:
Tier: 2-C (Low Multiverse Level)
Attack Potency (AP): Low Multiverse Level
Striking Strenght: Large Star Level
Lifting Strenght: Class T
Durability: Universe+
Speed: Massively FTL+
Stamina: God-like
Immortality: Type 5 (Deathless Immortal - As a Divine Spirit, he is unbound by the conventional concept of "Life and Death")
Regenerationn: Low-Godly (Can regenerate solely from his incorporeal "Mind")

Resistences (no Immunity):
Resistence to magic, death, biological/mind/soul/time/space manipulation and Existence Erasure

Powers:
Manipulation of Spatiality: The ability to warp, bend, flip, crush, and control space. By extension limited control over time.

This includes:
- Spatial Teleportation and Wormholes
- Dimensional storage
- Flight and Telekinesis (by manipulating space around him and objects)
- Pocket Reality Manipulation (He can create pocket dimensions and alternative realities by copying existing ones - but only the space, not living objects. Also those dimensions only exists as long as he mantains them, if he runs out of power they collapse, with exception of his small dim. storage)
- Manipulating Space (redirecting attacks, create loops, manipulating distances and sizes etc.)
- Duplikation (creating alternative versions of himself and objects)
- Time manipulation (only slowing/speeding them down/up, extension of his space manipulation)
- Intangibility (he can shift into other dimensions to avoid and phase through attacks)
- Non-Physical Interaction
- Destruction of Time and Space (The complete destruction of space and time within a chosen radius - Existence Erasure?)

Magic: He can perform changes upon reality in accordance to his will (Reality Warping?)

This includes:
- Elemental Magic
- Shapeshifting (Complete change of appearance - can turn into a dragon)

Others:
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics (As a Divine Spirit, he possesses superhuman strenght, speed, stamina, endurence and senses)
- Precognition (Instinctual warning of inmidiate threats)
- Energy Projection (The manipulation of energies to create force fields and attacks)

My Questions:

Does his ability to create a limited amount of realities, as well as to destroy them, makes him a Tier 2-C, or equals an AP of Low Multiverse Level? If not, what would he be?

Also, does his spatial manipulation and ability to speed up time makes his speed "Infinite Speed"?

Also, if any of you have objections when it comes to his stats, feel free to correct me. Or do you have any additional powers that he should have, or does he have powers he shouldn't? Or do you have any additional ideas?

it only=low 2-C if you can warp the entire spacetime at once. For 2-C you need to be able to create/destroy/warp more then one universe.

Well, I thought since he can create alternative realities, as well as destroy time/space, this might count as 2-C. What would be his Tier ranking then? It should be still Tier 3 (3-A), right?

Yeah that does count, creation=Ap. Just destroying a small piece of spacetime doesn't=2-C ap unless you can use it to destroy/collapse multiple universes.

Well if he can create multiple space-time universes then yeah that would be 2-C.

I don't really see how speeding himself up with time manip gives him infinite speed. It might give him if it has the feats, but without a specific feat I don't think so.

And you can't create an OC on this wiki. But you can go on the sister wiki and create one there.
