Mana Zone is a skill that allows a mage to manipulate the mana in an area around themselves. Thus, the mage can gather together and utilize more magic than they would be able to normally
Offensively, this mana can be funneled into spells to increase their size, number, and range. It can also be used to launch attacks in any direction and from any direction within the zone. Spells can be created all-around a target to keep them from escaping, within an enemy's spell to destroy it, or behind a target to catch them by surprise.
This is what it does stated by databooks and Mereoleona
if A was using mana zone and B was in his range, Could A use mana zone to summon a spell inside B?
while it does seem possible no one has done it in the series but this feat here was apparently enough justification for the claim
other guy big Mad summons the rock golem yuno in response uses his technique Towering Tornado "he activated a spell inside his opponents spell" the same spell used in chapter 3

Both times shown in the anime its a tornado summoned rising up
my interpretation of the manga from the way the tornado rotates and when they said "inside" Yuno summon his spell beneath/in the Position of the giant golem which rose up and destroyed it "inside"
if you want the other interpretation from here on if someone is paired against a Mana Zone user if they don't have precog, future sight, insane reactions, movement dodge cancelling of inside body magic, aura that cancels opponents using magic on you, can Yuno and i need to preface this not around, behind but literally activate a spell inside a person.
