I'd say Janus for the win here. Soul resistance should do well to cover against Agilaz's blade. DK about the matter part and whether or not Janus limited PN will counter it enough for Janus to take the win. Assuming it does, he has a better time then to take on Agi and his other sorts of powers like poison and pain manipulation however that works.

Maybe after a while give or take will be in Janus' taking here from where i'm seeing of the two so far.
