Honestly this is a pretty big stomp. Supes is 2.7 Megatons of tbt whereas Shao is at 12 Megatobs via scaling to Raiden who creates big ass storms.

Even avoiding that Kahn's superior skill experience and hax kinda guarantee Supes has no way to actually beat him (Shao could amp himself, this widening the gap even further, wipes Supes from existence, devour his soul, etc)
