They both can one shot each other, but considering the starting range Mami has the advantage. I don't know exactly how effective Spider Sense is in evading a rain of bullets, but it won't save him for long as there comes a point where even if you see it coming, you're in no position to dodge it anymore.
In close quarters Peter has the advantage (although Mami could restrain him with ribbons for a while) but the fight won't go there most likely and his web shots can't compete with the bullet spamming. So I think I'm going with Mami here.

Also Spider-Man's win against Akame should be removed due to the OP Equalizing speed half way down but counted a vote before the reset.
Plus, people reeeeeeaaaaaallllllyyyyyy underestimated the AP difference that fight.

No, it was never "discussed", you said how you didn't Edit the OP and no one restated their votes when 5 people restated their votes when you Equalized Speed half way down.
Also, not really, Akame is scaled to Wave who fought on par with a casual evolved Tatsumi (Akame ga Kill!), meaning trying to grab the blade or using webs would get him scratched.
Should be removed if not outright redone (Tho that's a match for Lubbock)
