Also, I believe Doffy is very much on the high end side of 7-A, and has shown capable of one-shotting characters in the 838MT range casually, making him >>838MT. Remind me again where does Kill la Kill 7-A stand, cause if I remember they are at 147MT?

Nothing is stopping Doffy from manipulating Mako as a puppet which target the cervical in the neck, or physically bind her limbs since his Lifting Strength is much greater than her, he can even tag team on her with Black Knight, have more range of movement with his ability to take to the sky, Kenbushoku Haki to predict her movement, Busōshoku Haki to further increase his strength and protect himself, could use Spider Web to block Mako's missiles before they could even touch him and have Transmutation and Danmaku which allows him to manipulate the whole battlefield to his liking....

In short, Doffy stomps hard

I don't know. I didn't know the AP of either character I thought it would be fair. Doffy has no way of bypassing Type 3 regen though

I would say that I fight between them would results in inconclusive due to Nui's Regenerationn and immortality but factoring her possibly limitless stamina, she would certainly last much longer than Doflamingo in a battle of attrition.
