The first case is a really weird power nullification.

The second is just changing the Vegenstone's powers (which could be added as a power).

ALso, something that I forgot, is that Nadakhan's hax can work on intangible beings: hemanaged to turn Clouse from a ghost to a human, and to transmutate Cole into a Sattue despite him still being a ghost.
