Make a battle with ridiculous rules. That restrict a character so much that it makes it so the other character wins.

Examples:

Superman vs Batman (Superman doesn't have his powers)

Luffy vs Spongebob (Battle takes place underwater)
 
Yhwach (5-B) (bloodlusted, willing and able to use all sternritter power) vs Reinhard (6-A) (spear, regen, LDO member and their briah, rein's aura, and glasdhemeir is restricted, Reinhard in character).
 
Chosen Undead vs the Dovahkiin

-the dovahkiin doesn't have any items can't use shouts adn spells

-the Chosen Undead has the power of the first flame
 
Flash vs Batman (Speed is equalized so Flash is as fast as Batman not the other way around and flash can't use speed steal)
 
Astro Boy vs Mega Man

Speed equalized

Composite Astro is used

All hax is retricted

The truth is even the concept of Inconclusive and notable losses is just an extension of Reinhard's Victories ovo
 
Hawkeye vs Green Arrow (Hawkeye has nothing, while Green Arrow gets everything including unlimited amount of nulclear bomb arrows, starting distance is 30 meters apart, speed is equalized)
 
Crash Bandicoot vs Rayman

Crash has Galaxy level Wumpa fruit that can fire at infinite speed.
 
Jotaro vs Dio (Gone to Heaven)


Jotaro has full acess to asspulling, while Dio is in character.
 
Naruto (Eos) vs Seiya (But this is the seiya that was stabbed by Hades and is catatonic, speed is equalized)
 
Tats' brain is his weakness as he can regenerate any part of his body so long as his brain is intact. It's also the source of his magicalculations.

Rules:

Speed is unequalized

Battle takes place in a random teenager's bedroom, except it's somehow made larger by the combined edginess of everyone inside.

Win condition is whomever can say the most edgy speech whillst playing Battletoads.
