Just going with people here saying Ruby has the AP advantage, although the current justification for 8-C Maka seems to be kinda bad.

(Ugh tiers) 8_c is building isn't it? Maka's 8_c or even 8-b as of fighting Gopher I would think. https://www.***********.net/soul-eater/64/18 She later chops through an even stronger blast and with enough power to spare to cut into Gopher's armored wings.
