I feel like the scream should just be Unknow. The planet being stated to be destroyed is one thing, but, "the world will end" is vastly different. It doesn't really elaborate on how that would happen. This could be anything from having all nukes get fired off, turning the whole planet into a wasteland, the surface of the earth getting wiped, everything on the planet spontaneously dying, there are so many interpretations that don't involve the Earth's GBE getting overpowered that it shouldn't be given a solid tier.

Minor Necro, but the weakest you could be to end the world instantly (Which it likely is due to the limited description saying the world ends if Slender screams) is High 6-A via environmental destruction. This is at the lowest possible, mind you.

Well, again, Ending the world doesn't necessarily mean widespread collateral like that, it could just be everyone going insane and killing each other to everyone nuking everywhere and turning the joint into a radioactive wasteland.
