I find this very shaky, but here goes in the Ling Chong router, Kazuko after a few months training gets strong enough to contend with Wu Song
Wu Song could fight with Momoyo for an hour, who even used star killer on her, the same thing which has been stated to destroy planets, judging by the fact she didn't die, she should be around Momoyo's level, though obviously Momoyo is stronger
Now why do i find Kazuko scaling iffy? In Kazuko's route in the original Maji Koi, her goal was to be an assistant master for the Kawakami temple, however it was said she didn't have the talent for it, and had to give up, here however she is fighting someone clearly around that level.
The original Maji Koi and S take different paths though, as S introduced the Bushido plan and brought a lot of new characters, so honestly i think a key for Kazuko in A-4, probably works here.
