Galaxy level to Multi-Galaxy level
In the previous thread, i brought up 2 pieces of evidence which I honestly didn't take too seriously at the time, which eventually gave the top tiers a possibly 3-C to 3-B rating. These pieces of evidence are: Momoyo is stated to be able to destroy the galaxy (Kazuko Route, May 19th), and compared to an average person who has a power level of 5, has a power level of more than 10^68 (Yukie Route, May 21st).
In Majikoi! S, Hume and Momoyo's auras were stated to envelop the galaxy (Koyuki Route, September 27th). So at this point I think they should just be 3-C to 3-B.
Ootomo
Galaxy level to Multi-Galaxy level with Self-Destruction
With her trump card, a self-destruct technique, she can cause Lin Chong enough damage that it takes her 2 days to fully heal (Koyuki Route, September 27th).
Yang
Downgrade to Wall level physically, Galaxy level to Multi-Galaxy level with Power Mimicry
Ami put up a good fight against Yang and Shi Jin (Koyuki Route, September 20th), this proves Yang isn't as far above people like Ami as current scaling suggests. Later on we see Yang having to heal from the damage Margit who still had her eyepatch on, did to her (Koyuki Route, September 24th), again proving her durability isn't as absurd as like Galaxy level.
Yang Zhi's ability is to copy the techniques of others, such as Yukie, when she copied her strike and speed (Koyuki Route, September 16th), albeit Yukie doesn't really start all out. Yang later copied Lu's techniques, which is described as having the same exact look and force (Koyuki Route, September 26th), and from memory her goal in attacking the Kawakami temple was to copy Tesshin's techniques. So it's with her power mimicry that she scales to Master Class individuals, the fact she could intercept Lu's attack proves her reaction speed and attack is also on that level, otherwise she scales where most characters do, hypersonic.

Lu can stimulate the vital points of others (Momoyo After, September 29th), making them feel better.
Koyuki
Acrobatics (Hypermobility)
Koyuki can jump out of a window, bound off a tree, do a wall kick and zigzag down to the ground (Koyuki After).
Enhanced Senses
Koyuki can hear things from far away (Koyuki After).
Miyako
Vibration Manipulation
By plucking her bowstring at high speeds she can create vibrations (Monshiro Route, June 19th).
Nabeshima
Enhanced Senses
Nabeshima can smell (Tsubame Route, June 23rd) when its going to rain.
Momoyo
Accelerated Development (Battle - Abilities)
By battling Hume, Momoyo's movements became more crisp (Koyuki Route, September 27th).
Power Bestowal
Momoyo can send her ki to others (Momoyo After, September 29th).
Seiso
Enhanced Senses
Seiso has amazing eyesight (Koyuki Route, September 24th). Her eyes aren't blinded by flashbangs (Koyuki Route, September 27th).
Social Influencing
Seiso has intense charisma which can swing an entire country (Koyuki Route, September 26th).
Yoshitsune
Acrobatics (Surface Running & Hypermobility)
Yoshitsune can run down walls vertically (Prologue). Yoshitsune was able to cross a river by jump over 8 different boats (Tsubame Route, June 27th).
Precognition
Yoshitsune can read the intent of others (Prologue), which let her read Kazuko's attack and dodge it.

Resistance to Temperature Manipulation
By using spirit energy/ki/aura, Ageha and Kojyuurou were able to survive reentry (Koyuki Route, September 27th), albeit they also had a suit (Koyuki Route, September 27th), what's important here though is that ki is something which can give some kind of protection against the heat of reentry. We also see Momoyo and Hume in space without any suit also due to coating themselves with spirit (Koyuki Route, September 27th), and later on survive reentry without a suit due to their ki/spirit (Koyuki Route, September 27th), so imo Hume and Momo sale fully to the heat of reentry, Hume's entire thing is about being adaptable, and he was the strongest of his time, until he passed the title to Momo, so he knows how to survive stuff, and taught Momo, meanwhile other Master Class people only scale to an extent.

Ki users can trigger an awakening using their anger, causing them to become stronger (Koyuki Route, September 27th). Kazuko through sheer will, and the cheers from those around her (Koyuki Route, September 27th), defeated Yang Zhi who was superior to herself.
Ki/Aura/Spirit
This is basically to keep track of the info about the power system of Majikoi. There is more info in the A series, but I don't want to forgot what's already known.Ki flows through the body of everyone with even normal people being able to use it in the form of guts (Kokoro Route, June 27th). When you become more skilled, you learn to control your ki, and even higher up, you learn to release it (Kokoro Route, June 27th). The example is given of Ryuuzouji who can beat a delinquent, but not a trained martial artist (Kokoro Route, June 27th), while Shima can contend with most, the difference between Shima and Ryuuzouji obviously is Shima is more skilled at controlling his ki, thus is stronger. And at the very top are those who have surpassed human limitations, the master class (Kokoro Route, June 27th). In short everyone has ki, and the better you are at using it, the stronger you are.
Ki can be used to make flowers last a long time (Majikoi! S - Fushikawa Route - June 15th), this I think basically proves Ki is life force.
Spirit/spirit energy is something everyone has (Majikoi! S - Koyuki Route, September 27th). Ageha describes spirit energy as spirituality, and being spirited (Majikoi! S -Koyuki Route, September 27th). This explains feats like Kazuko getting stronger by others cheering her on or Chris getting stronger due her anger. Margit is stated to have refined fighting spirit (Majikoi! S - Margit Route, June 17th) which can create sparks in a room. So spirit can also refer to fighting spirit, and fighting spirit determines how strong someone is (Majikoi! S - September 26th). Takae has an aura of misfortune (Majikoi! S - Takae Route), an innate karma (Majikoi! S - Takae Route) this is to such an extent when she entered her friends house, a meteorite struck it (Majikoi! S - Takae Route). Everyone have karma, which obviously links to the soul/spirit, again proves this is all talking about the same thing, and spirit energy really is about the soul.
Martial artist can emit aura from their body, and transmit it to objects like arrows (Majikoi! - Momoyo Route, August 31st), and a person's presence has been equated to their aura (Majikoi!, Miyako Route, June 27th). Having a colossal aura means you are strong (Majikoi! - Agrave - August 8th). Going even further, even art in the form of good art is stated to have an aura covering them, which is again equated to spirituality, and presence (Majikoi! S - Koyuki After), the explanation for this isn't given but obvious imo, painters literally put their souls into creating these arts.
Conclusions on Ki
- Ki=aura=spirit enery
- Ki is a universal energy system, everyone has it, and the higher up in level you go, the better at using it, and stronger you are. In practice I think this means we should scale feats between characters ie stealth mastery is a very common thing done via hiding your presence, to say a master class character can't do this is obviously incorrect. Characters on the same level should scale to the general feats of each ie Yoshitsune and Yukie fought for several hours, this would be a feat that should scale not just to them, but to all master class fighters.

Hume
Statistics Reduction
Hume's kicks can drain one hundred percent of his opponents stamina (Koyuki Route, September 25th).
Adaptation
Despite never being in space before, Hume was perfectly fine in zero gravity, and was teaching Momoyo how to handle even the harshest environment (Koyuki Route, September 27th). Momoyo should get this too I think.
Tsubame
Stealth Mastery
Momoyo can't find her because Tsubame hides her presence (Prologue).
Social Influencing
Tsubame is good at dealing with others, in just a week, she had everyone greeting her as she passed (Tsubame Route, June 16th).
Self-Destruction
Tsubame can cause Hiragumo to self-destruct (Tsubame Route, September 3rd).
Pressure Points
Can cause people to go unconscious by attacking places which can't be trained (Tsubame Route, August 2nd), and attack the vitals of others (Tsubame Route, September 3rd).
Umeko
Enhanced Senses
Can sense human heat (Tsubame Route, July 7th), letting her tell that a lot of people were in an area previously.
Speed

Speed of Light Attack Speed with Cookie Dynamic
Cookie's sword is made of light (Chris After, December 20th), and Cookie Dynamic is stated to be a light-speed attack (Tsubame Route, August 1st). This is also interesting, he can microwave popcorn using rays of light from his eyes (Takae Route).
This adds to already existing FTL scaling for Master Class people, because we have seen Yukie easily perceive and react to this (Majikoi! - Momoyo Route - July 24th).
Tatsuko
Downgrade to Hypersonic
In the original Majikoi Tatsuko pummelled Momoyo, basically she was just surprised there was still someone as strong as Tatsuko around the city (Majikoi! - Agrave - August 8th), and then right after Tatsuko pummeled her, she easily caught her punch (Majikoi! - Agrave - August 8th).
In S we see Shi Jin, who later gets brought down by rage amped Chris from memory, dodging Tatsuko's attacks and saying besides her offensive power, Tatsuko can't catch her (Majikoi! S - Koyuki Route - September 27th).
We have seen Tatsuko keeping up with Chris and Kazuko (Majikoi! - Agrave - August 8th), so she can scale to them.
Yukie
Infinite Speed?
After gathering her strength for an hour (Koyuki Route, September 27th), Yukie unleashes a strike that is beyond fast, from the instant it began nothing could prevent it from striking home, taking not even the slightest amount of time (Koyuki Route, September 27th). Sounds like Infinite speed, but essentially unusable normally due to needing an hour to use it.

Downgrade to Wall level
Shi Jin was able to harm Tatsuko (Majikoi! S - Koyuki Route - September 27th), and in the Agrave Tatsuku got one shotted by Momoyo (Majikoi! - Agrave - August 8th). So her durability scaling to Momoyo and other Master Class is wrong, at least for now, I think the evidence in Majikoi! A shows it does grow to those levels so ultimately will be like wall level, up to galaxy to multi-galaxy level with accelerated development, but that's for another thread.

Ageha is able to punch Kojyuurou so far into the sky (Prologue) he looked like a star (Prologue). Same feat as Momoyo, which currently scale to clas k, so this is just more support.

She already has this rating, I just want to add that she is smart enough to calculate the exact angle needed to land near Kawakami from space (Koyuki Route, September 27th).
