In order to kill her, he'd need to destroy the concept of evil, and while he can create and destroy concepts, he doesn't do it on a 2-A scale.

He's not. His essence is just directly linked to Tzeentch, who has laid claim to him. Tzeentch won't actively do anything to stop him from being smacked around. The connection just means he's not going to "die".

Depends on what he's fighting. Full on Warp Magnus is more a metaphysical idea than a guy you can punch, so something like traditional BFR would also be difficult. Means of incap are important.
