Magnus the red vs darth sidious

Magnus by a long shot.
1. Magnus is the stronger of the two in terms of raw power. He's at least 5-A (with the high possibility of being 4-B) to Sidious' 5-A. Even if we default to his lowest tier, he's still superior to Sidious.
2. Magnus out haxes Sidious. Magnus can destroy at the atomic level and stop time. Magnus most likely has stronger precog and can plan the fight out further in advance the Sidious.
Overall, Magnus is basically Sidious but even better.
