Madoka Vs Naruto

Madoka has this in the bag for me.
While it's true Naruto can somehow deal with the thousands of arrows by mass producing clones, he has to constantly perform the technique and the constant raining of arrows is gonna make that pretty difficult.
In general Madoka abuses range (she wields a bow after all), and Naruto isn't really well versed in range techniques save here some thrown rasenshurikens, which she can mitigate with barriers, healing and/or her own spam of arrows.
The one shotting ability she has basically makes this a numbers game, a game Naruto is destined to lose factoring in the sheer number of arrows. The larger the arrow spam, the higher are the probabilities for Naruto to get killed.
