If Person A has multiple layers of resistance to mind manip and Person B has madness manipulation but of a lower layer than Person A can person B still drive Person A mad.
And if they are capable of driving Person A mad would Person A still be fighting them just with less IQ/BIQ than normal.
Also whats the difference between Madness Manip type 2 and 3 cause they both just sound like mind manip to me one is just passive while the other isn't.
