Madness Combat Discussion Thread: Redeemer

Actually there might be a way to calculate the halo feat. You'd just need to calculate the size of the science tower, and assume the electricity is comparable to a real life building per square feet.
The science tower is quite big, I think it could give tier 7 results
Also, I think Christoff should have a Low 7-C rating from using the divergence machine

I calculated the science tower to be 64.2 meters high and 28.3 meters across, making it 19,556.52 ft².

Edit: 0.49 kWh x 19,556.52 = 9582.6948 kWh. 8 tons. not very high! Gonna try different methods.
Mag Hank was shown to absorb electricity from the Halo, he might scale to that
Nah, Hank absorbs a small portion of the Halo's power, and is clearly not at the same scale as the full power of the halo. I kinda recon nobody would exactly scale to the full capacity of the halo besides a select few god tiers.

What about Phobos? Christoff says that he would not be able to defeat him without it

Basically G01 tiers are the only people who have grounds to scale to it, (So Phobos, Mag Agents, The Auditor, etc) and even then as i calculated it was only like 8 tons to power the science tower. It kinda depends what you count as 'Project Nexus' and what you consider for the calculation. If you count the entirety of Nexus City for the calculation that'd break tier 7 pretty easily.

Well, at least 8 tons is better than 2 tons of tnt

yeah but the people who are already 600 tons are the only people who have any reason to scale to said feat. Think it’s just an unfortunate basically unusable feat unless the 8-A rating got dropped, which they have no reason to.

You should make renders for more Project Nexus characters, like it would be cool to see a proper Gestalt Render.
Update on more renders for project nexus characters;

Characters such as Gestalt and S-3LF Eater are a bit odd. I have no idea why, but how Gestalt is coded he's not exactly all that okay with doing anything, especially if you're playing as him. Even his initial form lacks a way to use doors and softlocks you if you try to use any interactables while playing him. Making a proper render of him is gonna be difficult.

In other news, other characters such as the maker and any of the employer characters work.

Renders i am planning on finishing though;

Burger Gil (Might have someone do this for me, because his damn flies are annoying and are difficult to crop around)

Stygian (Get this man a PAGE!!!!)

Sheriff (Post resurrection. His current one is outdated to what he looks like in game)

Church/Jorge (I'm probably not going to do each variant of them unless they have a reason to have keys for any of those variants of themselves)

Remaking Phobos' (I don't like it)

sigh... if only curious cat scans were still accepted here, we COULD have High 1-B employers, phobos, & gestalt...
If only. I mean we've technically never gotten a confirmation that curious cat scans are not acceptable, but i'm making the assumption based off what happened to previous verses in somewhat similar situations.

Jumping from Low 1-C to High 1-B from just WoG is kinda crazy though. that's some Bill Cipher bullshit from like a few years ago.
I only go for Word of God when something is so inconsistent WoG sort of needs to sort it out. Hello Dragon Aspect Sizes, how are you doing?

Nothing is too inconsistent for this verse, thankfully. I might have to put my hand in the bucket of WoG statements to fix some inconsistency issues with The Machine and The Maker's scaling that's caused by the tiering system, but even then they're still in that Outerversal range with or without those, so i might just not bother.

I think avatar should have the same incorporeal/intangible hax as Auditor since in the ending, all 4 employers are shown to phase through the ground. True form obviously should have avatar creation.
Yeah the inorganic physiology and intangibility hax is gonna scale to stygian, but that's rlly the only ability i feel comfortable concretely scaling between them. Avatar Creation is obv.

I think The Auditor himself is missing some abilities, but I will try to rectify it later
He should have nonexistent physiology thooooo
Also, maybe Type 4 acausality. Since he scales to the other place which is stated in one of the cartoon's descriptions, that it has some weird space-time or something.
the plushie description should also give him logic and causality manipulation.

I know he doesn’t qualify for logic manipulation, since we know that mention about logic is not done by them. They were born from the need for a concept of death. Stygian didn’t do anything there, it was someone else (probably the machine)

All the employers do need Fate Manipulation though, that’s a notable ability that’s missing for them.

Project Nexus Classic using AAHW units for the Nexus Core is probably why G03LMs were included on the AAHW page in the past.

I'm iffy on the whole "Higher powers choosing fates". This seems more about The Machine which is I also believe is the Higher Power

It makes more sense, there is also a mention about it in MC 12, that Hank purpose got changed by the machine or something

The Machine has never been called The Higher Powers. The Higher Powers was always The Employers. It makes no sense to give it to The Machine in that context. The Machine already has Fate manipulation for different reasons.

Btw, I found a statement in the game which says that Gestalt (quoting) "defies life, death and all things natural"

yeah, from The Maker's depiction in the basement. That can give a lot of things, but on it's own i think you can give immortality? i'm not sure.

So you are implying that the auditor, WHO WANTS TO KILL HANK, is also the one who is helping him??????????

Yeah it was said in the mural that you can find in the abandoned house or something.
