Just look on S-3Lf Eater's page and click on "incarnation" word, which contains a scan

The Machine was already said to manipulate and define stuff like fate and pretty much everything else in the universe, so it being able to bend probability is unsurprising

Not only is that super vague to a point it wouldn't be worth listing it as an ability, that's a feat for Nexus Core, not the machine. That description is referring to how it was created.

It was created from the Prime Code brought by Nexus' benefactors and The Machine is literally mentioned in the next sentence

And I don't see how it's vague: it just straight tells you that this is a manifestation of the probability matrix, which aligns with the description of The Machine

Yes... By the Nexus Core... It was created to permanently destroy S-3LF using The Machine's prime code. The Machine didn't do anything in it's creation.

The description says that it's a carefully manifested manipulation of the probability matrices, which basically means nothing without more context. It's still referring to it's creation by Dr. Gonne, so it's still a feat for the Nexus Core anyways. it wouldn't apply to anyone but them.

But AE 1 for The Machine is still reasonable anyway, as it not only stated to control everything in the universe (Including more non-physical things like Fate, Direction and Story), but also alluded to be something without what the universe wouldn't exist, which fits the description of Conceptual Abstract Existence Type 1 (On the top of fundamental information and other meyaphysical concepts, like fate)

Doc and The Maker have statements about The Machine for Abstract Existence, so it's a no brainer.

Bossman would probably decisively win any thread he was in on a 1-1 with the fnaf animatronics (besides a select few) considering he heavily outstats them in every category besides LS.

only way i could think of making it interesting was to throw the whole band against him at once.

Not really. They mostly go one by one, the only time they work together is a couple endings and to be honest it's not even good enough teamwork when literally every single one of their tricks don't work well enough and Boss has durability above their bites.

It's a mag agent that Phobos must've suggested while on drugs, because it's a infinitely self-replicating Mag Agent that ***** out biomass minions to fight for it. Which also wears armor around itself that makes it invulnerable. Lowkey just threw it in there for vibes alone.

It might have a heat resistance, i'd have to go back and check it's bossfight.
