Okay so.
Every person in MC has type 1 aca
The arena mode player causes his story to be retold via time loop or whatever you wanna call it (mentioned in the dialogue with maker)
When the player merges with the nowhere we go all the way to the start and we can see by the dialogue that everyone the player encounters has no memories or whatsoever of the player. Which means players mandatus whatever negates the aca type 1.
The exception being the machine (not only does it change it's own behaviour but its always mentioned the rules have changed by the gambler.)
The maker still remembers the player and directly references what the arena mode players has to go through each time.
