Both are Small Planet Level and Massively Hypersonic+. (I have to add that Madara never blizted Naruto and Sasuke but Kaguya did with her portals.)

Let's see. Madara is one of the Six Paths users who actually bothered to use any Rinnegan techniques and not just refused to ever using them. He was stopped only because of some in-universe plot contrivance by Black Zetsu.

Yeah but Madara stop using Sharingan techniques and apparently Kaguya can use all Ninjutsu techniques. But she doesn't have feats for it.
