Human or not it dosn't matter, it depend if Machina powers are genetic or not if yes than Ben scan him and become at least as powerful as Machina if none of his power are genetic than he would become a simple human it simple as that

There's nothing genetics in an amalgamation of WW2 German tank, some 60k souls of dead soldier, a really high impulse on wanting to die, and a sprinkle of a very specific Sorcery which in context of Dies irae is just a remnant of a God's divinity; all of which are orchestrated by god's literal sock puppet himself
EDIT: Also, that's only when Machina wasn't a god. By the time he became one, which is the version used here, his natural way of being/existence is the same as that of his master. So unless Ben can scan something abstract like a concept, it most likely won't even work in the first place

I may be able to pull off a pretty non-serious wincon for Ben yes. If he like totally stands stil for 10 minutes it might even be a "legit" win. But for that I need to ask, does Machina feel fear?
