Mace wins without too much difficulty. Faster, tougher, more destructive, more hax, heck I even bet he's fundamentally more skilled a fighter even if stats were equal. Oh, and precognition.

Being a master of Form VII, Vaapad (which is the most aggressive and unpredictable form of Lightsaber combat). The huge question here is can Mace feed off Kenpachi's fury throughout the battle than use it to his own advantage.
