Two more things i found, MODOK knocked out Doc Samson in one shot (Samson in the same story was stated to have power that surpassed that of She-Hulk) and he also took down a weakened Red Hulk

Btw: There is a new accepted calculation blog for the Gray Hulk asteroid feat that places it at 5-A, so quite a lot of Marvel characters likely need to be upgraded accordingly.

Used his Brain-Beam to show Hulk images from inside the AIM base (Mind Manipulation)
Heat Beams that instantly melt metal floors (Heat Manipulation)
Stun Shock Beams Paralyze the opponent (Status Effect Inducement)
Caused a man to have a heart attack in the past (?)
Capable of attacking without even thinking (Instinctive Reactions)
A group of his brains that were cloned were able to depower Hulk into Banner (Power Nullification?)
Scans Deadpool just by looking at him (Information Analysis)
Shut down Iron Man's computer and his connection with Jocasta (Hacking)
