Luneth is a fully Player controlled character with no combat cutscenes, they have no true in-character move and are just as likely to use Death as any of their other moves at the start. This is what the person meant when they are not in-character to use Death, there is no actual character when it comes to combat with this character. They are just as likely to use Death, Transmuation, BFR, Paralysis, or any of their other insta-win hax as they are to not use them.
