Lum's new key

At the end of "Lum Forever", after Ataru cuts down centuries-old Sakura in the beginning of the story for filming their movie, the future of the city has been forever connected with the main character (because the city Tomobiki itself chose her for this), and now her consciousness will maintain order. This means that the unconscious mind of Lum controls all supernatural phenomena in the city, also holding a fine line between reality and fiction, but probably only when it is in the world of dreams or is outside the usual three-dimensional world. So, as it not well know how she can change reality, i suggest give her Unknow statistic, with such powers as:

• Dream Manipulation (Can casually create dreams for entire city)
• Reality Warping (Can affect the real world when she's in people dreams)
• Likely Spatial and Time Manipulation (Lum can affect space-time of real world)
• Clairvoyance (Can see all city memories of the past, present, and future simultaneously)
• Non-Corporeal (Lum's consciousness is able to exist independently of the material body)
• Likely Conceptual Existence (Memories of the city is a living, personified idea made up by the imagination of humans of Tomobiki)

Note: It's only for Lum's unconsciousness mind

This seems very unreliable, as it clearly contradicts the intentions of the original manga canon writer Rumiko Takahashi.

Well, this is why at first i personaly thought it's too unrealistic, but do new profile for now is too problematic for me (likely don't need generally), so i agree - this is too vague for real feat, and it can be closed.
