I found a page which is in the above link which has many calcs about the power of Luffy's various forms post timeskip. Some of the scaling and multipliers make me a bit skeptical, but most of it is good. He also has a page for pre timeskip luffy but it is not different from pre timeskip luffy on this wiki. If this is proven to be accurate, the top-tiers and luffy tiers are gonna get some serious buffs

Punching Surume might be a good feat if Luffy were not 7-A+ with G3 right now. But the calc stacking is amazing.

Those feats are hardly upgrades. Plus his methods are really flawed. He uses not only the anime which is not considered canon nor supportive canon, but uses fanmade maps.
