Demonbane is around 30 times faster so I'd say Demonbane blitzes before Lucy can activate her star dress, or summon any spirits.

Unless Lucy summons the Celestial Spirit King, she's gonna get stomped here EVEN by a version of Demonbane nerfed this severely and with speed equalized. Demonbane's barriers and other stuff are so damn haxx, seriously.

Hell, Demonbane could PROBABLY still win just by virtue of all its haxx even if she DOES summon the CSK.

Demonbane even in this form is still really OP, Lucy can't even do anything to him as she would almost never summon CSK, and even if she did, Demonbane would wreck him.
