I'm just gonna say that Lucy might have the actual range advantage since a common tactic of hers is to pick up nearby objects and throw them at people with her Vectors if they're out of her Vector's Range. She's a very pragmatic fighter who likes to end fights as quickly as possible unless her opponent has done something to personally offend or piss her off, then she tends to torture them before finishing them off.
