Lucy (EL) New Tiering & Key

Greetings, everyone! I am here to make another CRT for the character in question after a while. There will be a LOT to add here. So I'll try to keep this as concise as possible…

First things first, new statistics & abilities for her.

Statistics:

• I propose that we give her an AP, Lifting Strength and Striking Strength rating for herself physically for all her keys since she does have feats of her own feats of this sort (similar to what JoJo’s profiles do):
  • With the feats shown, her Teen and EOS self should get Street Level/Class AP and Striking Strength on her own with Class 5 lifting strength as well for both yeeting a grown man into the ceiling and ripping out the head of a woman which would require 12 kN (1223 kg and around 8000 Joules).
• I propose that her Normal Human running speed be upgraded to Athletic Human speed since she outran police officers as Nyuu.
• With this new approved calculation, her AP will now be upgraded from High 7-A to High 6-C making her return to Tier 6, departing from Tier 7 for good.
• And lastly... Her corporal durability by EOS should scale to the AP of her Vectors with at the very least a "likely High 6-C" rating for a few reasons:
  • The explosion that she caused happened right above her, since Anna's arm was missing and the vectors come out from her back.
  • Due to the phenomenon of Entropy (something established in canon), heat energy (presumably comparable to that of her explosives) is exerted right back into her and her body could withstand said energy with no problem.

Abilities:

• She should get Fear Inducement for being able to instil fear on both Nana & a Vector Carrier. The latter is -for all intents and purposes- a sentient Diclonius and it got scared to the point of collapsing from fear (equivalent of passing out). This Fear Inducement will only be effective on those that have the ESP to perceive the presence of others, and not any other type of ESP.
• If the durability part is accepted, due to taking in energy in the form of heat, I propose a resistance to Extreme Heats due to the previous point, as well as being caught up in her explosives in general which have been accepted as nukes in the past.

And the last few things to propose for her are to not only condense her Base & Long Horns key into one key (being Teen Lucy with the Long Horns being a sort of Transformation), but also give her a completely new key. This being a key for when she was a child since she does have feats at that age such as:

• Ripping humans apart casually.
• Her jumping to the top of a cliff, while breaking a hole through the roof of a train.

With these, she should get 10-C ratings physically since at this time she doesn’t display any Superhuman feats physically and is literally a little girl, with her vectors being at least 9-C in AP, Durability, Striking Strength and Class 5 LS for having Superhuman feats as shown above, as well as at least Subsonic travel & combat speed.
