Lucifer is 3.707 x 10^201 c. To my knowledge Lucifer has the fastest finite speed feat. The only other character who comes even close is The Flash.

Lucifer wins this quite easily.

Yeah Lucifer doesn't have his full arsenal, but I'm not sure if he can kill Hades with what he has.

To name a few depowered Lucifer feats,

• Casually erases an eldritch immortal from existence with a thought, and was not hurt or fazed in the slightest after seven distinct layers of death were woven around him.
• Using his will alone Lucifer effortlessly overpowered a whole pantheon of primordial darkness gods who reside in the first creation/world; which is four levels/worlds from base-reality. Even while these primodrial darkness gods had gained control over reality.
• Handily erases a bunch of invulnerable demons known as quaima by remotely erasing the souls of dreamers who created the quaima; despite not knowing who or where they were.

• More the come.

If speed is equalized Lucifer wins this with slight difficulty.

If speed is equalized then Lucifer should get his faced smashed in. He's got an AP disadvantage and this form likes the versatility to really deal with Hades.

Hades has resistance to Soul Manipulation and Existence Erasure, along with his Abstract Existence and Mid-Godly Regenerationn.

That's not really something depowered Lucifer can deal with.

Lucifer because of DocAnimeTheory's reasons, better Regenerationn, being MUCH more intelligent, and the fact that Death does not apply to Lucifer in any way, shape, or form. Unless victory is based on KO and not death.
