Nah, incap timer gets reset every time. Only if it's passive or smth. Also Alien X doesn't die, his body just gets destroyed.

Stalemate in chess just means when the king can't move but isn't in check. It doesn't have to be 50/50.

Also incap happens when Alien X can no longer make a move, which never happens in this fight. BFR is a better argument but Alien X can just reset the timer every time the body gets destroyed.
