Isn't this kinda up unfair for Serge tho? I mean at the end of the day his one technique won't help him overall due to Lucemon's wall of text. Plus I like Serge....

It's a situation like those threads where both can oneshot, but on this one we know that Lucey has more chances to pull a oneshot first.
Even in character EoS Serge would go for CC first thing, and game mechanics aside, he would need to just use the pattern of elements to pull it off.
If Lucemon made bad choices - since there are a number of other less effective hax that would not outright oneshot Serge either - he would end up being oneshotted instead.

...Guess that one depends on if Serge can spam Chrono Cross and how long Lavos can prevent Lucemon from poking him once while being poked to death over and over himself.
