Speed is unequalized. Broly fights everyone at once.
Justice League members include Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Green Lantern Hal Jordan, Barry Allen the Flash, Martian Manhunter, Cyborg, and Shazam/Captain Marvel.
Avengers members include Thor, Iron Man, the Hulk, Ant-Man, the Wasp, Captain America, Carol Danvers, Scarlet Witch, Hercules, Black Panther, Vision, Quasar, Hyperion, Ghost Rider, She-Hulk, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and the Sentry.
The comic characters start at their "base" keys, but are allowed to amp themselves up to whatever higher keys they may have if they have the available means for them to do so. So Superman is allowed to sundip, Sentry is allowed to go Void, Carol is allowed to use Binary, Thor is allowed to use his Berserker rage, the Hulk is allowed to go full power rage mode, etc.
We're going post-Dark Nights for DC, so assume a composite of everything "in-continuity" post-Crisis and post-Flashpoint for the Justice League.
Assume a composite of "classic" and "modern" eras for the Avengers as well, if we're going to distinguish between those.
