LS Question: Scattering the moon

Was wondering if Master Roshi's moon feat could be used for LS? Invincible uses splitting Earth in half and the MCU moving the moon for LS. Here's the accepted calc for Roshi's AP from the feat and here's one that uses values from it to determine the force needed to push away and scatter the moon's fragments.

Not all moon-busting feats are made equal, Roshi's moon-busting is blatant AP, compared to the others using their bare hands to tear celestial objects apart like you would with paper.

While Roshi didn't use his hands, could others that can stand in place and not get pushed back by Kamehamehas or blasts at or above Roshi's level get it? The Kamehameha have shown to push back opponents, objects, and users.

The Kamehameha is an energy blast with very little LS feats going for it. Unless you can show an object being moved by the Kamehameha without being destroyed and then that same Kamehameha being resisted by other characters I don't think you're gonna get very far with LS feats.

Well in the anime there was that time Goku used it to push his ship out of a sun's pull and while training, he could resist his own Kamehameha when using it on himself. In bog, he overpowers it.
