Is there a reason Zeno is low multiversal with EE? should EE be considered an hax?

Erased* so this is still existence erasure. Though he uses ki to achieve it.

There were threads discussing this. If I'm not wrong, it was accepted that he can destroy 12 universes with both EE (hax), or just nuke them with a single ki blast (non-hax).

He used a ki blast to destroy Future Trunks timeline. At least that's what was accepted on this site.

only that there is a different between universal + and low muitiversal. Because is stated to be higher than everyone else does not make him low multiversal. Anyway I got my answer already.
