Okay, so I've done this thread before I just didnt know about DBS scaling properly at the time. But I will redo this thread, so let me go throught the core issues with the TOP scaling so mainly touching upon Toppo,Jiren,Kefla,Goku,Vegeta,Broly, 17 and Freiza cause Zamasu's shown to affect more than one time space, he was stopped by zeno so he would be low multi, its like the cell statement as he was stopped by gohan. I do agree with the low multi astral zamasu and him being above MZ and his corrupted counter part. But here is where the scaling is wrong.
1.) "Universe level+ (Traded blows with a heavily suppressed Jire, and shook the whole World of Void with his Ki alone. While Jiren was holding back, he was repeatedly described as the strongest enemy that Universe 7 had ever faced, and thus superior to Infinite Zamasu) | Universe level, Universe level+ as a Super Saiyan Blue (After breaking his limits by achieving Ultra Instinct -Sign- a second time, he managed to fight against Jiren, who was finally showing a hint of his full power) | Universe level+ (Fought Jiren at full power even after Jiren broke his own limits, and managed to defeat him after becoming enraged)" Ok so zamasu shows that he has the ability to become lowmultiversal but he was stopped by zeno, so why would goku still be at the Universe+ by this scaling you're still implying UI is weaker than astral zamasu. Even though hes not and its consistently showing jiren and ui to be stronger.
2.) "Inb4 you say we don't know how strong Zamasu would be if he took over the present" Again, he'd still be weaker than Jiren by his own lore, nothing remotely implies that if he consumed the present. Even if we some how say he got stronger by an unknown amount, he still isnt hakaishin level by many aspects. So him getting vaugely stronger by consuming another time space would still be below Jiren, cause he's never stated to be remotely close to beerus where as jiren scales above beerus. Also, Freiza,Goku, Vegeta,Kefla,Toppo and Broly scale above Ui omen, so it would put them above that Low multi zamasu. He's shown he's able to affect multiple space time.
3.) Another thing is, if we say well its an outlier then cause they've shown Universe+ feats, hope you understand Jiren shaking the void is a low-end feat for him, cause he was casually walking. Another issue is hakaishin toppo, he just warped the void with a suppressed hakai cause he stated he could've ended freiza and the others. So both Universe+ feats down invalidate the higher end scaling.
So either upgrade those characters or remove the Low multiversal from astral zamasu, cause your scaling is implying that astral zamasu is like above the angels,jiren and beerus? Even though its factually wrong. Cause even if you some how prove he gets stronger by consuming the present by the very show itself hes still weaker than Jiren. So yeah.
