Low Multi Requirements Spacetime continuum requirements ?

Lets say we have a 4-d character who can destroy an object in the past present and future. Does this mean that the character is low multi? Or do they have to be able to destroy an universe in the past, present, and future.

You need to be able to wipe out an entire universe and its space-time continuum, meaning all of time (AKA its past, present and future) needs to be wiped out including the physical space of the universe.

So would a 4-d character that can wipe out an object and all of its timeline that is less than a universe just be high uni since they are infinitely stronger than a 3d object

Define what you mean by "object" here.

Logically speaking, you'd be High 3-A for erasing one tiny portion of time (Due to the whole uncountably infinite number of snapshots in one tiny period of time). But if you destroy all of time including that space, logically speaking you'd be Low 2-C thorugh and through regardless of the object's size, but uh, versus standards don't allow anything smaller than 93 billion light years in diameter to qualify for Low 2-C and such. Yet.

So if that 4-d characte erases a chair from its timeline would that mean that he’s 2-c or that he just has time hax?
